After answering all the rumors about family matters, relationship status and the most intriguing, sexual preferences, Charice faces the world of music once more. The international singing sensation recently announced that she will be recording her new album exclusively for her fans in the Philippines. “Ilang years na din ang nakalipas since nag labas ako ng album dito sa Pinas.” says Charice. Her self-titled debut album “Charice” was released 2008, followed by “My Inspiration” which was released back in 2009. Both under Star Records.
Charice’s new album is consists of songs she wants to to have her own rendition of. It would probably consist of song covers from songs that inspires Charice including P!nk’s “F*ckin’ Perfect”, Justin Bieber’s “As Long As You Love Me”, Emily Sande’s “Clown” and David Guetta’s “Titanium” ft. Sia. It’s going to be an interesting album!
The international singer was spotted at Star Records building with Star Records’ record producer and songwriter Rox Santos. He tweeted, “Nice to see you again @OfficialCharice🙂 http://t.co/L2FvKeiK4r“. She’s communicating with a lot of people in the music industry now to help her with all the recording process and production for the album. And meeting with Rox and others is probably part of the whole process.
Charice is working a lot these days, left and right interviews from 3 of the country’s biggest TV Stations namely ABS-CBN, GMA7 and TV5. She’s also working very hard to finish the album as soon as possible before she fly back to US for international commitments. According to reports, Charice still have a month left in the Philippines to do everything that is needed for the new album and some other stuffs.
